  • 30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

    COVERAGE:

We provide this limited warranty to the original retail purchaser of an Essential Training Bundle purchased directly from us or an authorized retailer. It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in the included Pickleball Tee and Pickleball Target for 30 days from delivery when assembled, used and stored as instructed.

Coverage includes manufacturing defects in the Tee’s white top, tripod, holder and adjustment mechanisms, and the Target’s frame, support poles, connections, fabric, seams, netting and removable target panel.

    WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

This limited warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear from use, including surface marks, scuffs, discoloration and gradual material wear.

    • Cosmetic variations that do not impair intended function.

    • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper transport or storage, or failure to follow instructions.

    • Damage caused by excessive force, crushing, cutting, puncturing, dragging, sharp objects, chemicals, excessive heat or prolonged environmental exposure.

    • Damage caused by alterations, unauthorized repairs or incompatible components.

    • Lost or stolen products, bags, tubes, poles or other components.

    • Dissatisfaction with personal training results, skill improvement or suitability for a use we have not represented.

    TEE-SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS:

Damage caused by paddle contact below the top 25% of the white tee is excluded. This means the lower three-quarters of the white tee, its stem, holder and tripod must not be struck.

Damage caused by deliberately hitting the tee instead of the ball, forcibly bending or twisting the white top, forcing its connection, overtightening adjustments, or storing it bent, compressed or exposed to heat is also excluded. The Tee’s flexibility does not make it indestructible.

    TARGET-SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS:

Damage caused by paddle strikes to the frame or poles, forcing or bending support components, pulling on the target openings, overloading the collection net, using the Target for support, or leaving it exposed to unsuitable weather is excluded.

An exclusion applies to damage caused by the excluded activity or condition. It does not remove coverage for an unrelated manufacturing defect.

    HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:

Contact Nucleus Pickleball LLC using the support contact listed on this website within the 30-day warranty period. Provide:

    • Your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase and delivery.

    • A description of the problem and when it first appeared.

    • Clear photographs showing the affected component and the complete setup.

    • A short video if reasonably necessary to assess a functional issue.

Keep the affected item available for inspection. We may request additional information or its return when reasonably needed to evaluate the claim. Do not discard, modify or attempt to repair it before evaluation unless necessary for safety. Stop using damaged equipment.

Contact us before returning any item so we can provide authorization and shipping instructions. Original packaging is helpful but is not required for a valid warranty claim.

    WARRANTY REMEDY:

For a covered defect, we will repair or replace the affected component or product without charge, including necessary shipping for approved warranty service. We may provide an equivalent replacement if the original component or color is unavailable.

If repair or replacement cannot resolve the covered defect within a reasonable time, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

A defect in one component does not automatically entitle the purchaser to replacement or refund of the entire bundle. Any permitted partial refund will reflect the affected item’s proportionate share of the actual bundle price paid, including discounts and applicable tax.

Replacement or repair does not restart this voluntary 30-day warranty, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Timely reported covered claims remain eligible for resolution after the original period expires.

  • CARE & STORAGE

    THE PICKLEBALL TEE:

    • After every session, gently detach the white tee top and place it inside the provided protective tube.

    • Store the white top straight and uncompressed. Do not fold it, leave it bent, or place heavy objects on it.

    • Keep the protective tube away from heat and direct sunlight. The tube does not protect against excessive temperatures.

    • Do not leave the Tee in a hot vehicle, near a heater or on a hot outdoor surface.

    • Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry fully before storage. Do not soak or use solvents, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

    • Keep the holder, tripod and adjustment mechanisms clean and dry.

    • Do not force connections, overtighten knobs or use tools to increase tightening force.

    THE PICKLEBALL TARGET:

    • Empty collected balls regularly. Do not allow their weight to stretch the net, strain connections or destabilize the Target.

    • Remove dirt with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.

    • Allow the fabric, netting, poles and carrying bag to dry completely before packing.

    • Gently disassemble the support poles. Do not force, sharply bend or crush them.

    • Store all components in the provided carrying bag without placing heavy objects on top.

    • Keep indoors in a cool, dry location when not in use. Do not leave outside overnight or exposed to rain, wind, prolonged sunlight or excessive heat.

    BEFORE EACH USE:

Inspect the white tee, tripod, adjustments, poles, frame, straps, seams and netting. Stop using any component that is cracked, torn, loose, deformed or unstable. Do not attempt to compensate for damage by overtightening or forcing components.

  • ASSEMBLY & SAFE USE

    THE PICKLEBALL TEE:

Fully spread the tripod legs on a firm, level, nonslip surface.

Gently insert the white tee top into its designated holder until securely seated. Do not force or excessively twist the connection.

Adjust to the desired height and secure the adjustment mechanism without overtightening. Do not extend beyond the stand’s designed adjustment range.

Place a pickleball on top. Confirm that the Tee is stable and all adjustments are secure before swinging.

    STRIKE-ZONE REQUIREMENT:

Aim to strike the ball. Any incidental paddle contact must remain within the top 25% of the white tee—the upper quarter nearest the ball.

Do not strike the lower three-quarters of the white tee, stem, holder, adjustment mechanisms or tripod. Do not intentionally hit the white tee to demonstrate its flexibility or test its durability.

Begin with slow, controlled swings. If you repeatedly contact below the permitted area, stop and adjust your setup and technique before continuing.

    THE PICKLEBALL TARGET:

Unpack the Target and identify its two support poles.

Extend both poles and place one vertically into each designated side sleeve or holder to stand the net upright.

Ensure both poles are properly seated and the Target rests steadily on a level surface.

Attach the removable three-ring target panel using its straps. Position it vertically, horizontally, or remove it for open-net practice.

Check all connections and straps before hitting balls. No tools are required; never force components into place.

    SAFE PRACTICE:

    • Use with pickleballs only.

    • Keep people and pets outside your swing area and ball path. Allow additional space for missed shots and rebounds.

    • Position the Target where missed balls will not endanger others or damage property.

    • Never swing at the Target’s frame, poles or straps.

    • Do not climb, sit, stand or lean on either product. Do not hang weights, bags or other objects from them.

    • Do not use in wind or on surfaces that cause tipping or movement.

    • Empty the collection net regularly and stop if it sags excessively or pulls the Target out of position.

    • Stop immediately if any component shifts, loosens, cracks, tears or becomes unstable.

    • Children require adult supervision. Keep packaging and loose components away from young children.

    • Disassemble and secure both products before transport.

These products are training aids. They do not guarantee particular results or eliminate the risks associated with paddle sports. Follow the supplied instructions and use controlled technique throughout practice.

  • RETURNS & REFUNDS

    All Sales Final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, ordering errors, or personal preferences. Our limited warranty is not a satisfaction guarantee or trial period.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by law for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products.

    Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact [Support Email] promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and available photos of the product and packaging. Return Instructions.

Contact us before returning any product. If a return is needed, we will provide authorization, the correct return address, and shipping instructions. Return authorization permits inspection and does not itself guarantee a refund.

Pack authorized returns securely and include all components requested in the return instructions. Original packaging is helpful but is not required for a valid defect claim.

We cover reasonable, necessary return shipping for confirmed covered defects or fulfillment errors; contact us to arrange shipping before purchasing postage. Expedited or other additional shipping expenses require prior approval, except where reimbursement is required by law.

    Approved Refunds

When a refund is approved or legally required, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after any required return and inspection, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may require additional processing time. Refunds include applicable taxes and shipping charges where required by law.
